The Adidas SL72 is part of the Spring 2009 collection. This edition comes in a few colorways. The shoes have a wash treatment on the premium leathers and this made the leathers look aged.
The blue colorway has a canvas body. The mudguard is washed leather, and so is the shoe lace region. The off-white shoe lace coordinates with the white inner lining. The traditional stripes of Adidas are in white color. The back tab has a white panel with an Adidas logo. The toe box has an extra midsole. It is blue with yellow paint sprayed on top. The top layer of the midsole is orange in color. Then comes a green layer and the last is the yellow layer.
The green colorway has the same basic features. Its stripes are yellow and this yellow accent is found on the back tab and midsole too. The brand name Adidas is printed on the midsole and is still visible after being painted over with yellow. The black shoe lace and inner lining are accents too.
The orange colorway shoe is cheerful looking. The mudguard is deep orange. The yellow accents in the Adidas stripes, shoe lace and back tab are all nice touches. This combination of colors reminds me of autumn. My choice of preference is the blue colorway.

I’m tired of seeing this vintage aged stuff. I dnt like this shoe anyway but it looks like it would very comfortable.
