Nike Zoom LeBron V - Mr Basketball + Locker Case
If you are a fan of LeBron James, it’s a must that you check out these kicks. LeBron, who was named the MVP of the 2008 All-Star game a week ago, and his legacy are celebrated with the release of these shoes.
While the design of the LeBron V is relatively basic, Nike has made a shoe that will like be a collector’s favorite. Mostly white with black lines and red laces, the grayish print on the side of the shoe really stands out.
Perhaps the coolest part of these shoes is the metal locker that comes with the shoes. Instead of a shoe box, Nike put these kicks in an authentic locker. While these shoes will be difficult to find, your best bet is eBay. SneakerNews.

Nike Zoom LeBron V - White/Black/Varsity Crimson

Another colorway of the Nike Zoom LeBron V just released at NikeStore.
These shoes feature a white/black/varsity crimson colorway that has some interesting textures and touches of gold. Black suede is used throughout the upper, while a contrasting smooth white leather is used on the toebox and strap. Crimson red stitching and other details give this shoe its finishing accents.
The shiny gold logo buckle and gold sprinkles on the grey outsole give this sneaker a little extra pizazz. You get these right now for $140 at NikeStore.

Nike Zoom Lebron V - New York Yankees
Last year, LeBron James caused a commotion by attending a playoff baseball game in Cleveland while openly rooting against the Indians and for the New York Yankees. LeBron, who is a longtime Yankees fan, is back at it in 2008 with these Yankees inspired kicks.
If you are a Yankees fan, these shoes are exceptionally hot. The kicks feature the classic Yankees pinstripes and the blue and white color scheme.
You won’t forget that these shoes are LeBron’s either as there is a distinctive LeBron logo on the side of the shoe and his number 23 on the tongue. There are various swooshes on this shoe, with the most prominent one being on the checked strap that lies over the laces.
Although LeBron is an Ohio native, he definitely has a New York state of mind with this release. He’s going to be wearing these sneakers when he steps into the Garden to play the Knicks on March 5, 2008.
These shoes will soon be released at House of Hoops in Harlem. Via Sneaker News.

Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier Ohio State PE
These kicks are perfect for either a LeBron James fan or an Ohio State fan. If you are a fan of both, you should definitely be on the look out for these sneakers.
This Ohio State themed Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier is a very nice looking shoe. Utilizing the white and red of Ohio State, Nike has released these elaborate yet smooth looking PEs. There’s two different versions, either red on white or white on red.
The Swoosh on these shoes is on top of the exaggerated flap which covers the laces.
These shoes aren’t available at House of Hoops like many of the other Player Exclusives. So to cop a pair, you are going to have to get very lucky (and shell out a lot of cash) because these were issued to the team only. Via NikeLeBron.

Nike Zoom Lebron V - Dunkman
Last month Nike released the Nike Zoom Lebron SVSM and now they are ready to released the Nike Zoom Lebron V Dunkman.
The Dunkman are notoriously one of the most popular colorways of LeBron’s sneakers, featuring a Grey/Green/White combination. This Dunkman combines a Grey nubuck upper with a white toe and heel, along with green accents, sole and laces.
For those of you looking for the Dunkman logo, you won’t find it in on these shoes. However, it’s still a very unique and interesting colorway.
The Nike Zoom LeBron V should hit Nike accounts very soon at the cost of $140. Via KATC.

Nike Zoom LeBron V SVSM Birthday Pack
Instead of creating a brand new colorway as they have done in the past for LeBron’s birthday sneakers, Nike is using the classic SVSM colorway for this year’s Zoom LeBron V Birthday Pack.
The SVSM colors have been a hit among some LeBron enthusiasts in the past and expect this year will be no different. Though many may think these shoes are too drab and not like the green/gold combination, I think the details of these shoes look sweet.
Nike has confirmed that this years LeBron Birthday Pack will be available exclusively on Nike’s Member’s Only Store December 30th, 2007.

Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier - Navy Patent Leather

ÂÂ
During last season’s playoffs, Lebron James began wearing his new Nike Zoom Soldier. We saw two different colorways at the time - the White/Gold and the White/Navy/Gold. You can see them here on a previous MyAirShoes.com post.
But this past Friday night at the Cavaliers’ open scrimmage, LeBron was wearing a new colorway - this time in sleek, navy patent leather. The dark, shiny patent toe is a stark contrast to the white shoe.
I’m not crazy about the styling of the Nike Zoom Soldier in general because of the lockdown straps. But these shoes are definitely eye-catching.
Check out the pictures on the next page for a White/Wine/Gold colorway that is also expected to be seen in limited release. Plus you can see a few other exclusive versions of this shoe - the Zoom LeBron Soldier St. Vincent St. Mary Player Exclusive and the Zoom LeBron Soldier Christ The King Player Exclusive.

Nike Zoom Lebron Soldier

Many have been asking about what shoe exactly has Lebron James been wearing during the playoffs and will they be available. King James wore the Nike Zoom Soldier in two different colorways. For home games he would wear the white/gold and for away, the navy/white/gold. But the Nike shoe he wears is not the same as the ones releasing to the public. Lebron’s shoes are personalized versions of his Nike signature shoe. The white/gold PE has two marron logos and the navy PE different color paneling. Check out close-ups of the Player Exclusives and the General Release pairs next.

Upcoming Zoom Lebron Vs

Not that many good responses have been said concerning the upcoming Zoom Lebron V’s. Here are two of the new color schemes to be released in the future: Gray/Green/White and Black/Red/White. Both colorways do not offer anything that appealing to the eye or stand out in any great way. As with many shoes though, once they are released the final look may be a lot better. We will keep you informed as to the final product and any release date information.

Toys n Kicks Ver. 1

When we came up with the idea to start Myairshoes.com, the goal was to make a website that would allow fellow sneaker lovers to interact with one another. All of us have our own valued collection of our favorite kicks no matter how big or small it might be. As we have spent more time communicating with such individuals, we have found that a large group of sneakerheads not only have a collection of sneakers, but also a collection of toys.
Recently while visiting NT I found a lot of individuals who have a love for both shoes and toys. If you are a regular blog reader, I am sure you have found many blogs that simply focus on your favorite collectable toy. I am not sure who or what started the idea of people taking pics of their favorite sneaker with their favorite toy, but I found it quite interesting. Here are some I have found while browsing online. If have your own pics please email them to us and we will add them to this collection. There is some pretty interesting stuff in here. Enjoy!
