A forum member over at niketalk.yuku.com was “bored” while attending his Digital Graphics class so to keep himself from falling asleep and getting a reprimand, he decided to design his personal colorway for Nike Air Max Lebron VII edition, and added more of foam, too! The result is shown above, neat huh? I thought it’s even better than Lebron 7 edition own blue/black/white colorway, seen here.

As for his Foam versions, the colorways are totally edgy in this pearl/black, blood-red/black, and citrus/black choices.

What a fine result of boredom, don’t you agree?

Nike LBJ Ambassador II Orap

Inspired by LeBron James’ “More than a Game World Tour”, Nike realeased it’s latest addition to the Ambassador series. Aptly named Zoom LeBron Ambabassador II ORAP, ORAP stands for “Outdoor Rubber Asia Pacific” which is designed to stand the concrete courts commonly found in Asia Pacific countries. This model features white/navy/red colorway with tougher rubber on the outsole, allowing outdoor play with a longer lifespan than traditional sneakers. It comes in a low-cut silhouette with the LeBron James Ambassador logo on the side heel panel. Sold exclusively in Asia which means no releases in the States but you can find it in eBay. Average retail price on eBay is $109.50.

A lot of you might be saying that is yet another new colorway of the Nike Air Max LeBron VII. But sorry to disappoint the LeBron fanatics but this very artistic version of the shoe is exclusively for the man himself. Jeff Zimmerman who created the design is a Chicago based artist known for his large scale murals and portraits, gave this to LeBron as a gift. His inspiration was Lebron’s positive energy that made him come up with some of the shoe’s unique designs – an eclectic mix of details: stars on the toe box, LeBron’s arm holding a ball on the right and a hot dog on the left toe box and black and white combined laces. Pretty awesome gift you got there!

Oh wow! We just can’t get enough of the Nike Air Max LeBron. Here is another new colorway, the “Chicago Loyalty” White/Green. I don’t really care if hundreds of more new colors will come out. I just love these shoes! Still no word about the exact release date of this one. Stay tuned.

Nike have been releasing kicks on all of our favorite action figure toys. After giving us a few Transformers remakes, Nike, once again, brings out the kids in us in this new collection in honor of this highly anticipated film G.I. Joe: Rise of the Cobra.

This G.I. Joe collection features a Nike Zoom Sharkalaid, inspired by the Storm Shadow character in the movie. The shoe features a 100% white leather base with a grey sole, black/red cross straps, black shoelaces and a cobra imprint design on the insole. The Nike Zoom Sharkalaid “Storm Shadow”, along with two more G.I. Joe inspired sneakers, will hit select retailers this August. Via FootLocker

This upcoming Nike Zoom LeBron VI Low will host a bit of a different look than previous Nike LeBron sneakers.The Dunkman LeBron concept always seems to be a crowd favorite, but this time, the Mean Green hue that is usually seen on Dunkman models has been replaced with Electrolime accents, combining with the rest of the color scheme for a Neon Air Max 95 look. These are expected to hit retailers sometime this week.

Nike will be releasing a new layout and some new colorways of the LBJ Ambassador II early next year. Here is a preview of the three editions that are soon drop. First, is the King nicely which is in black and white with gold accents particularly in the swoosh and LBJ logo tag on the tongue. Then, we have the old-time favorite color combo which is the navy and white with minimal aqua details. And Lastly, the red, blue and white or also known as the Cavaliers Classic. While we wait for spring 2010, tell us first what you think of these three LBJs.

An addition to Lebron’s off-season line up of Nike Zoom Lebron VI Lows, Nike is set to release the Cool Grey Nike Zoom Lebron VI Low. The Shoe features a Safari print trim and a White/Grey variegated midsole. Also with a cool grey upper and a shade of white on the Swoosh. These will be released this summer.

The picture above summarizes the impact of these Nike LeBron Soldiers perfectly. Look at the powerful combination between the foot and mind of the sportsperson above. We cannot be sure if it is male or female from looks, but look at how determined this being is to devote all the faculties of its mind to the perfection of its feet. The picture is so poignant, so touching that it makes us pause for a moment and ask: are we human because we have brains, or does mankind owe his superiority to his Nike-empowered soles?

As the picture above responds, so will we. No sensible man will never think twice when choosing between his shoes and his brains. Brains will rot anyway, and they are made of fat. But the mighty muscles of a true champion, the twitching tendons of a real hero, the tensed limbs of the conqueror: how many times do we see such things in our lives. Doctors engineers are dime a dozen. But how many Kobe’s, How many Michael Jordans are there in this world?

In this superb creation, the spirit of our favorite basketball legend has been so powerfully refined and infused into the form that it is almost impossible to find a single flaw with its creation.

The Nike Zoom Kobe is obviously the culmination of era. With the end of this decade, the supreme glory of our nation seems to reach its zenith. Maybe Nike is also celebrating this era with this incredible design for the master of basketball Kobe Bryant.

Whatever the reason, they dazzle.
