The Hectic x Mita Sneakers New Balance MT580 pack has been scheduled for release on August 30. One pair costs about 17,640 Yen at Madhectic.
This Pack is the 13th collaboration. Mita and realmadHectic put together their efforts to work on the New Balance MT580. They have designed 2 colorways. One is in green/turquoise and the other is in brown/yellow.
Let’s look at the green/ turquoise colorway first. The toe box is in turquoise. It is surrounded by a mudguard in green. The midsection has another panel of this green suede and it contains the shoe lace holes. The tongue is greenish-blue. This same color is used for the N in New Balance, a short panel above the midsole, and the inner sole lining. There is a collar around the ankle and this is in deep blue velvet. The midsole around the heel is light green. Around the base of the heel, there is a dark green panel of leather. Above this is the white backtab. Below the toe box, the midsole is white with speckles.
The brown/ yellow sneaker has different colored accents. One special feature is the midsole around the base of the heel; which is in grey cackle print. The toe box is yellow. The mudguard and midsection have brown colored suede. The tongue and inner sole are in orange color. Both colorways look attractive.

With the 2008 Olympic Games currently taking place in Beijing, China, we are seeing a lot of Chinese themed shoes being released. China has been the spotlight of the sporting world and shoe companies are cashing in on that publicity. New Balance has used the Chinese theme to promote their twentieth anniversary of the M576 sneakers. We had a glimpse of these shoes several month back and now you get get them at Atmos.
While each of the shoes is unique in this release, all of the kicks feature bright colors and elaborate designs that are popular in the Chinese culture. You can even see references to Chinese dragons, which are especially important symbols during Chinese New Years celebrations. Via Hypebeast.

In honor of the 2008, Beijing Olympics Nike has designed enough Olympic themed sneakers to last for months. So New Balance decided to hop in to the swing of the things and release their own medal inspired pack. The 576 model was chosen for the special 20th anniversary colorways. The shoes in this pack wear an all metallic silver or all metallic gold body and 3M New Balance Logo. Look for these to be available at top-tiered New Balance retailers.

This limited edition pack of the New Balance M1300UK features three colorways that are nice choices for fall. These shoes combine mesh, suede and a crackle midsole for a unique look.
The three versions include: bordeaux/green, blue/yellow and military green/orange. It’s interesting that they use a neon color trim paired with the more subtle muted base colors.
These shoes will be relased at Mita and other online shops on August 22nd. My favorite pair is the blue because it’s a little more lively than the other two selections. Via High Snobiety.

Hanon-shop and New Balance have come together to produce these new running shoes, which feature a classic look and customized materials.
These shoes use a waterproof fabric that was utilized in World War II for flying suits. On the tongue tag, you will find a plane logo. They combine this unique material, along with superior leather, sueded pigskin, a mesh tongue and Ventile smart fabric to create this pack of M670’s.
These sneakers come in two colorways - black/yellow/red and grey/yellow/black. The black version is more bold, while the grey is much more subtle. These shoes are being released late in August and limited to just 150 pairs. They will be priced at 74.95 GBP at the Hanon-shop. Via Hypebeast.

This collaboration is perfect for fall. Using rich chestnut brown combined with bright colors, the Stussy x Hectic New Balance CM670 comes alive. It’s a great mix of shades.
The first colorway featues neon green trim with the chesnut, while the second features orange. Personally, I like the orange because it’s a little more subtle and I associate orange (pumpkins!) with fall. The Stussy x Hectic New Balance CM670 pack will be released this weekend on August 2nd. Using the inspiration of all different types of luggage, New Balance has created their new “Luggage Collection.”
This pack uses the MT580J and dresses it up in all diferent types of materials you see in luggage. From luxurious rich brown embossed leather to a colorful purple and red pair, there’s something for everyone in this pack. These shoes are priced at ¥ 12,600 yen (about $118 USD) and expect out in early August. Via Mita.

This fall, look for some new looks in the classic New Balance M990. Using different combinations of fabrics and color blocking, it’s a new twist on an old favorite.
Some of the releases will be exclusive to Germany, like the brown colorway pictured above. Using suede in both brown and creme color, this shoe is very simple and subtle. Head over to Overkill now to see these New Balance sneakers that have just been released. Featured are the New Balance M1300 and the New Balance M576. In the pictures, you will see three different shoes that are all available at Overkill.
Two M576s are featured – one featuring purple and the other featuring brown. Besides those main colors, there are various patterns and lines used to liven up the shoes. The M1300 version shown above features a turquoise and bright yellow color scheme. To add even more color, the shoe has flashy blue laces. I’m not a big fan of the 576, but the 1300 is pretty lively. The Mexican blanket theme has been used in many sneakers in recent months, and here’s another one. This New Balance CM576J is not as colorful as other shoes using the Mexican blanket as inspiration. Instead these sneakers take a more subdued approach.
These shoes feature black leather with contrasting X stitching around the heel and at the top of the toe box. The subtle multi-colored Mexican blanket concept is used at the rear of these shoes.

Another collaboration between Atmos and New Balance - the Face Off. This time the two work on the 576. This release, which is expected in July, features a turquoise, black and hot pink combination with a twist. Apparently the shoe uses a special treatment that makes it sensitive to heat.
When the temperature rises, the turquoise color of these shoes get brighter. These sneakers are expected to be released at Atmos NY, as well as Japan, but don’t look for them as a wide spread release elsewhere.
