Polar Bear Sneakers Puma x Atmos Pack

Puma-X-Atmos---Polar-Bear-2

What more can you ask for a sneaker when it comes in triple collaboration with Atmos, Puma, and Mitsuaki Iwago, a Japanese wildlife photographer? This collaboration wished to raise awareness of each animal’s plight because all animals are endangered by global warming and environment degeneration.

The sneaker’s sole has a unique icy design to pack with its theme. What I think is the best from these designs is the yellow frilly heel on the Macaroni Penguin; this sneaker is for sneaker lover who loves adventure. There are reports that these sneaker collection will be on June 2010.

New Puma Suede Classic Making Its Way To Stardome

puma-suede-classic-3-1

Puma Suede classic made its major comeback by reviving its classic Puma Suede in light brown and dark brown colorway.

Puma Suede classic was known in 1968 when it was worn in the Olympics at Mexico. It was worn by Tommie Smith, a civil rights icon, that time. This year, Puma suede was released in its ol’ skool colorways that could turn the heads of sneaker collectors and sneaker addicts.

I personally love the old skool look of Puma Suede Classic. It is a must buy sneaker for those who would not pass a collector’s sneaker. Check it out at Crooked Tongue website.

It’s got a full suede material covering both the upper as well as the rubber outsole. And the best part, of course, is the collection still retains the classic silhouette Puma fans have grown to love all these years.

The great color combinations for the 2009 Fall/Winter collection are: blue/orange, blue/beige, black/beige, brown/beige, blue/brown, yellow/brown, black/pink and red/beige. There are more than enough combinations to keep every sneaker happy kid in your crowd contented.

MAS Series: Puma Feat Alexander McQueen Scarred Street Low

34894003-lg

Continuing the series for Puma and Alexander McQueen’s Winter collection is the AMQ Scarred Street Low in four modern and neutral colorways. Inspired by ‘music tribes’ and the prevalent “street” influences to McQueen, this model would certainly appeal to anyone who would prefer casual yet fashionable sneakers. Interesting detail includes the vulcanized rubber outsole with cellular graphic which still takes inspiration from the Human Anatomy theme, the heart and soul of this collection.

This model is made from rich Italian leathers featuring soft-grained leather upper and leather lining. Colorways available in Black/Red accent, Brown/White accent, Red/White accent, White/Grey, White accents.  Retail price starts from $200 in your favorite Puma store.

MAS Series: Puma Feat. Alexander McQueen Scarred Street Low Exotic

34893902-lg

Nothing can be more exotic in this pair than its luxe carp skin pattern. A brother to Puma Men’ style and AMQ’s most successful design so far only that this one is a limited edition. And we know what that means, right. Puma believes AMQ has successfully juxtaposed his street influences with high-fashion couture, and so the fans get this. This model features the luxurious soft-grained leather upper, raised “scarring” details for a truly unique look, its lining is also made of leather and a rubber outsole with cell detail for grip and style. Available in two colorways.

Luxurious. Stylish. Fashionable. And yet it reaches out to the elements of the street. What more could you ask for?

MAS Series: Puma Feat Alexander McQueen Trail Low

34863402-lg

Still included in the Winter collection is the AMQ Trail Low, which was meant to be a hiking shoe but beautified. Marrying the latest trend in outdoor sneakers and the charm of fashion made this product a success in my opinion. It features as a highlight the lenticular overlay and the 3M reflective formstip and sporty open mesh. To lend authenticity to the style, it kept the two-tone hiking laces for this model.  Indeed, this particular pair looks as fashionable as it can get, but it is also a practical pair that you can simply wear when you don’t know what to use. It looks comfortable, too.
