Converse seems like it has been around forever. And comparatively, they have – as evidence by the fact that they are celebrating their 100th anniversary. To celebrate their hundred years of existence, Converse has been releasing a number of slick looking shoes in 2008.
Three models that are coming out in October are the Camping Hi, the Jack Purcell B-Generation and the Tassel Hi. For classic simplicity, the Camping Hi is a simple boot style that comes in brown or black canvas with leather details. For a little bit of funky fun, the Jack Purcell B-Generation is being released in two tartan/plaid colorways – red and blue. And the Tassel Hi comes is like an Allstar with a golf flap added at the toe. These will be available in off white or dark brown. Look for these at Converse retailers in October.
