I was talking to a buddy today when we were out getting some new sneakers. He told me heard that some of the big companies are going to run into hard times with the economy. We had a mini debate about this so I thought id see what you guys thought. I mean with auto companies closing down, do you think sneaker companies will have the same fate or since their not like poor making costly, will they survive without a worry?

Big or small companies have been greatly affected with the global crisis. It is like a domino effect. But I am sure sneaker companies are taking measures to keep their business going. Maybe a more competitive price or another strategy to increase the sales.

I think they should not worry too much about this because economic crisis is an anticipated problem and Im pretty sure that they can do some adjustments. And its true that its just a matter of marketing strategy. They will soon overcome this one.

The global crisis posts a big challenge to everyone. But if the sneaker companies believe on their products and believe that they can pull through this economic problem, then everything will fall into place.
Read the book "The Secret" and you will know what I mean. |
