Imag4Ever created the custom Nike Dunks shown above for West Coast boutique SSUR. The Vinyl Assault moniker comes from the designer’s choice of clear vinyl for the tongue. This fresh take on the tongue is an interesting choice but it seems like a design element that will appeal to custom sneaker fans.
The red/orange colorway is punctuated from heel to toe with pink symbols that look like they have been drawn on with chalk. Imag4Ever helped brand the Vinyl Assault for SSUR by creating pink marks on the color with the boutique’s name.
I like the creative use of vinyl as well as the vibrant colors used on these Dunks. Sneaker fans can check out more images, ask questions of the artist and commission their own customs at the Imag4Ever MySpace page.
