LeBron James was crowned the MVP of the 2008-2009 NBA regular season, so of course he had to create a shoe to honor the occasion. And as soon as they arrived they were gone selling out in minutes. Many collectors were irate when they had learned the MVP Edition had sold out on the Nike Store without fair warning and created quite an up roar which apparently reached Nike headquaters. Nike will be giving all you disgruntled potiential buyers another opportunity to pick these up this weekend.
