Reebok Elements Pack – Court Victory Pump (black/green/grey)

Reebok Elements Pack - Court Victory Pump (black/green/grey)

The Court Victory Pump contains the Earth element in the Reebok design. Reebok has said that it would design shoes according to the 4 elements. This shoe looks a bit rugged because it belongs to the Earth element. This is available at DrunkNButterfly.

The Reebok Pump was the first shoe to own the internal inflation mechanism that controlled an air cushion. There was an ad campaign that said “Pump Up, Air Out” and it described Reebok’s special patented air mechanism operation. Other competitors that used similar technologies on the pump were LA Gear Regulators and Nike Air Pressure.  Reebok has started to branch out to snowboarding boots with Pump style of liners.

The 2 shades of green remind us of the fresh green foliage as well as the darker green vegetation. The grey and black colors represent the rocks and stones. I like the lime green panel. It is bright and an attention grabber. The shoe has mostly a mixture of different types of leather. I can see suede, smooth and rough leather. The different textures add to the design and these small details are extras that do not distract the main design. The shoe laces are not forgotten as they have a pattern too. They look like speckled ground, or stones of different colors.
