Renowned tattoo artist and typographer BJ Betts has hooked up with Adidas Skateboarding to work on this collection. Included are two sneakers – the Bucktown ST and Ciero Mid – as well as three shirts.
Look for this collection to be released in January 2009. The shoes feature a combination of neutral leathers with bright accents for a distinct look. Via Complex.
If you are looking for distinctive skater kicks, check out this new pack from Adidas. With inspiration derived from food courts at malls, this pack is creative – at the very least.
In the pictures here, you can see two of the four sneakers that comprise this Food Court pack. The first one (pictured above) is a Polson ST with a color scheme of orange, off-white, and green. It’s believed this shoe was made with Orange Julius in mind. The other one is a Superstar Vulc with an Italian flavor. Inspired by pizza joints like Sbarrro, this uses traditional Italian colors – green, white and red stripes against a black background. This pack expect to hit retailers later this month. Via Complex.
Adidas skateboarding has dropped a couple new models for Spring/Summer. These models include a Campus Vulc and the Rister Mid.
The Campus Vulc features a simple an sweet white and black colorway. The white upper is accented with black stripes and laces. The bottom sole and the adidas logo on the heel are blue. It’s a nice colorway that is very basic and clean.
The Rister Mid is a white leather shoe that is complemented with blue and orange. The bright touches are nice and they aren’t too overpowering. These sneakers are made from high-quality materials with plenty of comfort and cushioning. You can get these shoes right now at Caliroots.
These shoes from Adidas combine both the tennis and basketball silhouettes for an interesting hybrid skate sneaker.
This shoe will be available tomorrow at Zuminez. It takes some features from Adidas original models such as the Campus and Ultrastar and combines them with a basketball tread pattern than make these work for skateboarding and beyond.
This is a simple black and white shoe with some classic style that some people will be sporting inside and outside the skate scene. At just $60, you really can’t beat the price.
