Air Jordan 2010 “W3lcome Home”

Air Jordan 2010 “W3lcome Home”
Dwyane Wade grew up watching Michael Jordan in Chicago. When he transferred to the Jordan Brand this past off-season, there was more than just the marketing move. It symbolized an NBA superstar “coming home” to his roots. While we wait until this off-season to find out if Wade actually “comes home” to the Bulls, we still have the new Air Jordan 2010 to pay tribute to Wade’s Chicago roots. “W3lcome Home” appears on the insoles and lends itself to the shoe’s nickname. Red leather is on the toe and heel areas, with patent adding some extra shine. The mid-panel that holds the controversial window has been done with white perforated leather. A black midsole matches the liner, while a red outsole finishes off the colorway. Short size are already available at marqueesole.

Air Jordan 2010

The Air Jordan 2010, the 25th version of basketball’s most successful shoe line ever. The designers of the shoe teamed up with Michael himself and came up with the concept of transparency. The transparent circle in the middle of the shoe is a transparent thermoplastic urethane window and was inspired by the way MJ sees through his opponents while only revealing the parts of his game he wanted to. And for the shoe to have a stylish entrance it will be worn by the Brand’s newest and probably most high-profile endorser in Dwyane Wade at All Star Weekend in Dallas.
At the moment there are people who are saying that the shoe is pretty ugly specially with that transparent circle in the middle of the shoe, and that they were expecting something much better with the design specially with Michael himself being a part of the design team. But people have done that before, criticizing Air Jordans on how they look, saying they won’t buy them specially with the price tag on Jordans but once they come out the market you could see long lines on every shoe store on the block, people wanting to get a pair even if they’re worth $190, wanting to be the first to wear the Jordans in their neighbourhood. It’s an Air Jordan, it’s an iconic shoe just like the Air Force 1. The shoe is coming out Feb. 13 at a retail of $170, and definitely I’m one of those wanting to get a pair of these.

In one blink this pair will take you to the Cloudland of Milk and Honey, and in another you will find yourself dancing with fairies in the Land of Dreams. Just blink once more, and there you are in the middle of the Hawaii, with lots of beautiful ladies drooling at the beauty of your shoes, and the beauty of other items on your body, depending on how attractive you are.

If not bringing us to the Himalayas of creativity and perfection, if not for intoxicating us with elegance of its style, what was the purpose of Nike’s designers when creating this pair? Please use sunglasses when looking at these: you might as well suffer a heart attack if you don’t.

If it’s not an illusion, this pair is available at certain Nike Sportswear stores, including atmos.

Air Jordan IV Black Cement

Source of image: here

Releasing as part of the Air Jordan IV/XIX Countdown Package, the Air Jordan IV Black Cement is a shoe that Jordan-heads have been praying to be retroed. Nike is scheduled to release the much anticipated classic pair on July 19 for $310 together with the Black/Chrome-Varsity Red Jordan 19.This is the first time the Black Cements are releasing since 1999.

Although a lot of fans will be ecstatic, some will definitely frown upon the Jumpman logo, which replaces the classic “Nike Air” on the back of the shoes. Those who have already gotten a pair also complain that the overall shape of the shoes as well as the materials used differ great from the Original Black Cement IVs.

Nevertheless, the retro IVs come relatively close to the OGs in terms of colorway. Both feature Black Nubuck uppers and Cement Grey-Fire Red midsoles.
