Created for the worthy cause of honoring the late Kay Yow, who fought breast cancer with all the might of her soul but eventually had to suffer from a heroic defeat, Nike Think Pink features a solid pink upper with minimal white highlights and the Kay Yow Cancer Fund logo on the heel.

Choosing nike is commitment to perseverance and determination, a statement that no matter the outcome,  you should try, try again. The memory of this courageous lady is suitable to the beliefs and principles of Nike, and we see the concept realized in a brilliantly inspired design.

It is expected that the Think Pink will drop at the House of Hoops. The pair will make an excellent choice as quality footwear, as a tribute to courage, and a sign of commitment to good causes.

This innovative and unusual design from Nike is the newest in the Nike Zoom Kobe series. With its choice of colors, and the interesting details of the outsole and the forefoot, this is an exceptionally striking creation from Nike.

The details in red seem to declare proudly that the owner of this shoe can walk on fire with agility. We do not doubt the inner resilience of Nike’s fans, but with such mighty Nikes on their feet, we have the suspicion that even toddlers will possess the courage to walk, or at least run, on lava.

And that is the strength of the Nike Zoom series. It forces us to exceed out capabilities, transcend ourselves to do justice to these awesome designs that Nike’s enginners keep rolling out. These items, bearing the name of Kobe, are only for giants. Via marqueesole.com
