Air Force One-So Cals

Diamonds are everywhere. There’s the diamond iPod, diamond bikini, diamond bag and now a pair of diamond studded sneakers. Presenting The Nike Air Force One “So Cals” made by Atlanta’s Laced Up boutique as part of a new service called Solitaire Kicks. The service is offered by Laced Up with the help of Prriya & Chintans Couture and Jewelry, who provide fashion consultation to customers when customizing their shoes with yellow, blue or white diamonds as well as silver and gold. The “So Cals” are adorned with 11 carat diamonds framing the Nike logo. No worries about the diamonds falling out when shooting some hoops for the gems are affixed to the shoes by fine gold stitching.

The first pair, worth an estimated $50,000 was given to rapper Big Boi at the launch party for Solitaire Kicks. Is this still the most expensive sneaker to date? I won’t be surprise if another sneaker will come out soon that will break this record.

Kanye West x Louis Vuitton Boat Sneaker

If you are into luxury shoes, you can’t beat this Louis Vuitton boat sneaker designed by Kanye West. Kanye kept it simple and went with an all white color scheme. Although the official price hasn’t been released, these kicks will likely cost more than $400.

Obviously, the quality of the materials of this sneaker is top notch. Although it much of a show stopper at a quick glance, once you get a closer look you can see the great quality. These shoes are on of the 6 overall designs that Kanye West did for Louis Vuitton. Via High Snobiety

The Reebok EXT Lux Snakeskin Pack is available now at retailers such as Atmos and GETTRY. The pack consists of the Reebok Insta Pump Fury and Pump Omni Lite.

These sneakers feature cream and bronze colorways that are complement with snakeskin. The combination of rich textures results in a very chic shoe. I like the look of the Pump Omni Lite, particularly the use of the bronze. I’m not a big fan of the Insta Pump Fury. But if you like that model, these are a good choice.
