Nike ACG Air Abaziro

Nike ACG was not know by many people. But last year when they revealed the Air Zoom Ashiko Boot, they became popular. Surprisingly, many people like the boot. I wasn’t one of them, as i hated them at the first sight. Well, here comes another Nike ACG model, this time around its the brand new Air Abaziro. The shoe comes in an Black/Varsity Purple-Cool Grey colorway.

The Air Abaziro is a simple running sneaker, which is why an engineer pad is used for underlay. Most of the sneaker comes in grey including the upper. Varsity Purple is seen on the Nike Swoosh and tongue tag. The shoe also features a checkerboard design on most of the upper and the tongue. The overall design of the shoe is tight, but i don’t see these going anywhere. No word on the release date yet, so stay tuned for updates.

Nike ACG Air Changste Hiking Shoe

In the old days people devised all sorts of strange and ugly boots for walking in snow, climbing mountains, or wandering on unstable ground. We’re lucky to live in this modern age of creativity and innovation, since, among other things, we’ve got Nike to aid our Wanderlust with style and power.

With this latest entrant to the ACG family, we see Nike doing just as much, and more. The special sole with “claws” are designed to give our steps maximum traction. The upper is made of strong stuff, suiting the task for which this Nike is designed. Nike ACG Tallac

The Nike ACG Tallac is sold at Concepts. The shoe upper and tongue are covered in black background with white grid lines. The toe box is protected by a black leather sheath that is decorated by perforations and a small, pink Nike swoosh. The curved circumference is protected by a high mudguard.

The boot lace is electric blue with thin pink lines. Down the center of the tongue, there is a black strip of lace locks to ensure tight lacing.

The midsection of the shoe is reinforced with black strips of frame. These strips embrace the shoe and maintain the shape and fit. A pink colored shoe strap helps to lace down the shoe lace. This strap runs around the collar and down the side of the midsection. The collar of the ankle is in black netted fabric. This ensures comfort and a good fit at the ankle.

The heel has a sky blue back tab and the brand name “ACG” is printed in pink. The heel is the same extension as the netted fabric of the collar of the ankle.

The choice of colors is good. Electric blue and baby pink will pander to the whims of male and female users alike. (Image)

Nike ACG Wildwood Comet Red

Nike’s ACG has been in production for the past 20 years. ACG has a new colorway in red, grey and black. The Nike ACG Wildwood Comet Red is sold at Kix-Files for around $125 per pair.

The shoe starts with a white toe box that is perforated. The black mudguard surrounds the perimeter of the sneaker. The shoe lace holes are on grey panels. The white tongue has a triangle logo with “ACG” to show off its branding. The letters are embroidered on the tongue. The Nike swoosh is in bright red. The inner lining of the shoe is black. The midsole is bi-colored with light grey and white layers. The outsole is black. The ACG brand logo is found on the white layer of the midsole. The heel is covered in grey leather. Over this, the back tab of black leather is attached.

The choice of neutral colors suits this season of spring. The bright red makes a bold statement. There is a balance of neutral and bright colors. These shoes would look good in a wide variety of situations. One pair of good kicks can carry you around without having to fuss about changing footwear. (Image)

Nike ACG 20th Anniversary Trail Mix Pack

Here’s another set off shoes that will be released in Spring 2009 as part of the 20th Anniversary of Nike ACG. The Trail Mix pack features the Air Raverderchi and the Air Wildwood.

These shoes feature a unique mix or colors and textures. Using solid upper, along with plaid details, they certainly have an outdoorsy appeal. Look for more information on these shoes early next year with a release in Spring. Via Kix-Files.

Nike ACG Pendleton collection

The Nike ACG Pendleton collection is available and sold at Concepts website. This collection contains a Nike ACG Blazer Hi, a Nike ACG Jacket, Nike ACG backpack and Nike ACG boots. All items use Pendleton wool. Nike and ACG Pendleton collaborated to design this comprehensive pack for every sports person.

Let’s look at the Nike ACG Pendleton Blazer Hi shoe. The shoe uses black leather and Pendleton wool. The toe box, tongue, swoosh, midsole and outsole are black. The midsection has the colorful graphics of Pendleton wool. It is a nice, cheerful looking shoe for the winter holiday season.

Next, we’ll look at the Nike ACG Pendleton boot. The main body of the boot is in wool. The thigh high collar is in Pendleton wool. The midsole and outsole are stitched together in a weave. The purple accents are in the small Nike swoosh and outlining boundary around the midsole.

The Jacket looks very good with a cream colored outer and Pendleton wool interior. Half the sleeve is in cream material while the rest is in the wool fabric.

The backpack looks excellent. The combination of Pendleton wool and black is good. This will be a nice accessory to use to pack all the necessities to accompany one on a day trip.

Nike Tennis Classic “ACG Inspired” Pack Spring 2009

The latest pack from the Nike Tennis Classic “ACG Inspired” is for the Spring of 2009. They will be sold at Nike retailers soon.

Let’s look at the white colorway. The toe box is a separate section that is joined at the seams to the midsection. The middle portion has a few more seams to create a subtle pattern on the shoe. The shoe lace is long and wide reaching. It gives the impression that the midsection has been squeezed into a long, narrow portion. The shoe lace is like a rope. The shoe lace lock and the braces are made from the same pattern of blue and white striped bands. The tag at the tip of the tongue is color coordinated. The tongue has an orange colored rim at the end as an accent. The heel has a striking segment in grey colored patterned leather. The inner lining is blue colored.

Now, its over to the black colorway. It looks identical to the white colored counterpart. This shoe looks attractive as the blue accents are outstanding. The tag at the tip of the tongue has green colored lettering. The outsole is blue on a black midsole so the effect is really concentrated.

Nike Spring/Summer 2009 Terminator Hybrid

Nike Spring/Summer 2009 Terminator Hybrid - #1

While it’s not quite here yet, 2009 is setting up to be a banner year for sneaker releases. Nike is giving sneak previews of their upcoming designs and this Terminator Hybrid looks very promising. To be released as part of their spring/summer collection, here are two cool colorways.

The first features a hot pink on black look. Although most of the shoe is dark, the pink accents really add some spice. The other colorway is a camouflage look that is made of dark greens and grays. An interest facet of both is the imprinted Nike swoosh. These shoes are a great combination of the Nike Terminator model and elements from the Nike ACG collection. Via High Snobiety.
