Nike SB P-Rod 2.5 – Black – White – Spring 2010

Nike SB P-Rod 2.5 - Black - White - Spring 2010

Nike SB will not be releasing any more color ways of the P-Rod 2 since the P-Rod 3 will be out soon.
Being the innovative company they are Nike has came up with a way to continue to bank on the success of Paul’s second signature shoe. How you might ask, by creating the P-Rod 2.5. Nike has done this many times before (Melo 2.5, Air Jordan 3.5), combine different elements of two consecutive signature sneakers to birth a new shoe that is in-between the other models. Therefore, The P-Rod 2.5 is the upper of the P-Rod 2 with a vulcanized sole. Although they won’t be limited, they will only be sold in store, meaning not available for purchase online. No exact release date is known yet but expect to them in stores this coming Spring. Via: N-sb.org

A lot of the attention was focused on the feet of CNCPTS store owner Tarik Hassan who was spotted wear a never before seen version of the Lobsters. Hassan was wearing a Yellow version. They are rumored to have been limited to 36 pairs given to friends, family and a few lucky people standing in line. Stay tuned for more info regarding the Yellow Lobsters. More pics after the jump. Nike SB – Omar Salazar Signature Shoe

nike-sb-omar-salazar-signature-shoe

Omar Salazar is the latest Nike SB Team Rider to get his own shoe. He is only the third rider to get the honor, after P-Rod set the precedent of course. The shoe is rather simple overall and has a slim silhouette. One might almost say it follows that of the Blazer, as it certainly borrows its midsole. Salazar’s first shoe comes in a mid cut from with suede that extends from the front portion of the shoes to the eyestay, past the reinforced eyelits and around the ankle and back down the heel. The mid section is a mixture fly wire in a cross pattern with a woven mesh underlay. Omar’s name is sewn across the tongue in the style of the old “Air Jordan” logo. Stay tuned for more info.

Nike SB has put together an ok May lineup featuring a couple different models in an assortment of colors for the Summer. The most appealing would probably be a pair of band-aid look alikes, white perforated leather, grey suede and a gum bottom. If you’re looking for something with a little more kick there is also what may be a purple and gold Lakers inspired mid or blue, black and orange lows. May will also see a Supreme Dunk inspired P-Rod II, which happens to be the last P-Rod II releasing. A Veloce, Harbor and black and gold A.D. round out May’s releases, grab them now at CCS.

Nike Skateboarding January 2009 Releases

Nike Skateboarding January releases are an exciting collection. There is a wide range of colors to cater to every taste. Please look for these shoes at Nike to buy them.

The Nike Zoom Air Veloce releases offer a simple black/white colorway and a white/black/red colorway. The black/white shoe has a suede upper. The swoosh is leather. The back of the heel is covered in netting fabric. The collar of the ankle has a thick fabric. Its partner in black/white/red has similar features. The red accents make the white upper look brighter.

Nike P-Rod 2 has a black forest and lemon drop colorway. This offers the traits of the Paul Rodriguez signature shoe. The black forest green is a good color for spring. The lemon yellow portion has a pattern on its leather to make it look textured.

The Premium Blazer has a purple colorway with black Nike swoosh. The leather is “grainy” in appearance and outstanding on the plain purple suede.

The “Twin Peaks” Dunk Hi is all black with minimal accents. I like the embroidered figure as the best feature on the shoe. The seams are outlined in green thread to highlight the portions. (Images)

Pictures are after the jump.

Nike “Made For Skate” Blazer SB

Source of image: here.

This Nike “Made For Skate” Blazer SB is a special shoe. It was designed for the “Made For Skate” event that is planned in Damski, in Netherlands, on November 30. This event is organized by Nike SB. There is a team of staff from the company called Ben G, who will be hosting the Pop-Up Store for the event. The company of Ben G has worked with Nike on a special project called “Made For Skate” and they have used the Nike Blazer SB shoe. This collaborated effort drew inspiration from one of the first sneakers designed for skateboarding.

For residents of Damski, Netherlands, there will be 24 pairs of this Nike “Made For Skate” to be sold at the Pop-Up Store at the venue.

This Nike shoe comes in a blue colorway with yellow accents. The toe box is protected by a blue leather mudguard. The yellow tongue provides a bright background for the yellow shoe laces. The tag in blue and yellow gives a nice touch to the design. The back tab has a large piece of the logo, “Made For Skate” and this is nicely framed in a box outlined by red and yellow. The striped lines below the tab also use yellow and red colors and the look coordinates well.
